Acetylene (C₂H₂) is one of the most widely used fuel gases in welding and cutting, valued for its ability to produce intense, high-temperature flames. When combined with oxygen, acetylene delivers flame temperatures up to 3,087°C (5,589°F), making it ideal for applications such as oxy-fuel cutting, brazing, heating, and flame cleaning. Messer supplies high-quality acetylene dissolved in acetone and packaged in specially designed cylinders, ensuring safe handling, consistent performance, and suitability for industrial and fabrication environments.
